Wenn statt \u201eZwischen-T\u00fcr-und-Angel\u201c- Gespr\u00e4chen pl\u00f6tzlich E-Mail-Verkehr f\u00fcr Beziehung sorgen muss und statt dem Austausch in der Kantine Telefonate oder Skype Sessions den n\u00f6tigen Kommunikationsfluss erm\u00f6glichen sollen, wird schnell klar, auf welchem Pulverfass F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sitzen. Wenn dann noch internationale Mitarbeiter und Kulturen dazu kommen, m\u00fcssen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gewohnte F\u00fchrungswege verlassen und neue Kommunikationswege finden, um Vertrauen aufzubauen und Teams zu entwickeln.<br \/>Das Seminar richtet sich an F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die aus der Ferne f\u00fchren und ihr F\u00fchrungsrepertoire dahingehend erweitern m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n<h3>Ziel des Seminars<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vielleicht sind Ihre Mitarbeiter auf verschiedene Standorte verteilt oder arbeiten zunehmend vom Home Office aus?
